
Carrying just a 46-41 lead into the final period, Birch Run outscored Byron 33-14 in the fourth quarter to pull away and secure a 79-55 victory over the Eagles. Jaxon Martinus led the Panthers with 39 points!
The JV squad also won by a score of 69-36.


BRHS is excited to announce our January Students of the Month are Wyatt Stevens and Meredith Moultane! Students earn this recognition from the high school staff for their commitment to a positive work ethic, willingness to assist, and role model qualities. These students were deemed as finalists: Connor Mausolf and Pierce Leix (2nd Place Duo Commentary), Taryn Adamczyk (2nd Place Oratory), and Kylie Mausolf (5th Place Prose).

Today Birch Run High School sophomores got to tour Saginaw Career Complex as they begin planning for their classes next year, which might include SCC.

(Jan. 24, 2024) Middle school basketball is cancelled today -but- Birch Run Wrestling vs. Garber will go an as scheduled tonight at BRHS.

Birch Run wrestling had a successful day in Bay City for the BCC Invite. We took 11 Panthers to the tournament and came home with 8 place winners, including 1 tournament champion.

BWell is partnering with CMU for the Shocks and Saves charity hockey game on January 27th. All the proceeds are going to help with funding for the Pulse 3 Endowment, to provide cardiac health in the community. Birch Run Area Schools has recently received an AED from the Pulse 3 Endowment, which is very appreciated!


The competitive cheer team continues to roll with ANOTHER first place finish in TVC competition. The girls totaled their highest score of the season and set a new school record with their round two score!


The varsity boys pick up their second win in as many days with a road victory over the LakeVille Falcons!
The JV squads also picked up wins over the Falcons tonight. The boys topped LakeVille 65-23 and the girls won by a 36-26 margin.
