Stay Safe Panthers

Attention Panther Families:
As many of you know, our elementary playground was updated a few years ago. During the planning phase of the previous playground, many families generously donated money in support of the project. To recognize this generosity, wooden slats were created with family names. Many of these wooden slats were preserved during the deconstruction of the old playground. We recently organized the slats and would like to offer our families who made a donation the opportunity to pick up their slat, if they haven’t already done so. Anyone who would like theirs can simply email Melissa Aldrich (maldrich@birchrunschools.org) for next steps.

We're thrilled to share that our Birch Run High School art students recently had the incredible opportunity to participate in the Fire Arts Festival in Frankenmuth! Guided by local artist Stephen Hargash, our sculpture students created intricate sand molds, which were then cast in iron during the festival’s exciting iron pour event. We're so proud of the talent and creativity of our Birch Run artists!

BRHS students interested in public speaking and acting should consider auditioning for the BRHS Forensics Team! This award-winning team will have an informational meeting in Mrs. Urbanowski-Nowak's Room, #220, tomorrow, Tuesday, October 8th right after school. The meeting should last 30 minutes. It is for individuals who have been on the team in the past and those interested in joining the team. We will discuss auditions, the schedule, and more.
